* Take measurements of the cushions and insert the information on the form
* Select your color and color number, Example US413 Dove
* Fill in your color choice, name, address etc.
Submit two pictures of your table via email ChiropracticTableUpholstery@gmail.com one of the side of your table and the other from the top looking down at the cushion layout.
Take measurements of all cushions, handpiece and in some cases side upholstered sections. Example on how to measure your cushions.

After reviewing your submitted measurements, pictures and color selection and there are no further questions pertaining to your order an email invoice via PayPal/Kevin Hill will be sent for credit card payment. You do not need a PayPal account to perform this action. Processing your order forms for payment takes twenty-four hours. All payments for orders are handled through PayPal.
Order processing takes fifteen business days following the date of payment. Once your order has been completed you will receive an email with your CANADA/United States Postal Expedited Parcel Service tracking code
Individual cushion upholstery sections are not available due to the large number of colors and vinyl textures along with customers requesting a match to their current table color. Individual replacement cushion upholstery is best served by an independent upholsterer in your area.
